Until September 11 ... no Sunday School.
Childcare only during Worship.
Singing, games, crafts and lively Bible lessons.

 "You, Me, and God" class will resume on September 18, 2011. In each class cycle children from the ages of 6 through 11 are invited to participate in a special two and one half hour Sunday morning class beginning at 10:30 a.m.
This lively, highly structured class is targeted toward children who have difficulty with relationships. Children, for instance, on the autism scale, those with ADHD, and those with emotional challenges are invited to attend. JoAnne Morris, Diana Mesa, and Tammy Greer (a social worker with Advent Ministries) teach the class.
JoAnne teaches a Bible curriculum focused on the character of God and the relationship He desires us to have with Him and with others. Tammy teaches the children specific relationship-building skills, such as how to be reciprocal in play and conversation, how to read another's facial expression, and how to show thoughtfulness to others. Diana removes children who are too dysregulated to participate and gets them back into the class as quickly as possible.
