We have something very special in our library. It is the first
edition of a book called The Steeple Chase by our own
Marian Deever Everson.
It is a very attractive bound collection of messages that she
wrote and published monthly for the Presbyterian Women in the
years 1978-2002.
Each year she chose a category with titles such as Light, Mirror
and Boil, Bubble, Toil and Trouble.
Each month she wrote an interesting article on that year's subject.
You can purchase a copy of The Steeple Chase for $10. Any additional
donation will help defray the cost of the printing. Marian will
be happy to sign the books that are sold.
